At GSI Outdoors, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new apparel doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to download and print a prepaid shipping label, or generate a QR code for a printerless drop-off at participating locations.

  Pack Your Items

  Place your items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the parcel is securely sealed for transit.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
